Buying is easy. You do not need to log in to your account in advance. You can create an account to make your purchases even easier: see your addresses, details, and orders in the future.
You can choose items and add them to the order basket both by logging in to your account and not logged in.
HOW EVERYTHING HAPPENS:
- Choose the goods you need. You can do this in two ways:
- Going to the SHOP at the top of the site.
- After entering the required product name or part of it in the search field.
- Click on the photo or name of the product you are interested in. You will get to a more detailed description of the product and if the product is suitable and you like it, click on the “ADD TO CART” button. The product will be in your virtual shopping cart.
- If the properties are highlighted in the product description window, please select them. Eg: Small / Medium / Large. Pump type and color.
- In the product description window or already inside the virtual cart, you can select how many units you want to buy.
- When an item is added to the cart, the site system remembers it, so you can continue to walk through the store pages, be interested in lyophilization, or choose other items.
- Once you have selected all the items you want and they are in your shopping cart, click on the blue shopping cart icon at the top right or on the “View Cart” label.
- If you buy a freeze dryer and not other accessories separately, you do not need to choose delivery options. We will deliver the goods free of charge, with the help of couriers. If you are buying smaller items or accessories, then please choose the delivery method: DPD couriers or LP Express couriers.
- Click the “CHECKOUT” button. In the window that opens, you will see your order information. If you are not logged in, enter your contact information, shipping address, or company details on this page if you are purchasing as a company. In this window also select the payment method for goods, of which there are as many as 5.
- If you have more preferences or information that you can’t enter in the predefined boxes, write this information in the “Comments” box below.
- Click the “PLACE ORDER” button and follow the system’s suggestions on how to make a payment.
We will send all information related to the payment, execution and delivery of your order to your e-mail box. After sending the goods, you will be sent a shipment tracking number.
Attention: orders are accepted daily, 24 hours a day! Couriers deliver goods only during their working hours.
